Race Nook: Formula Racing Hub is an independent motorsport information app and website provided by Fehistro Studio. By using them, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
2. Informational content only
The app is intended to help fans browse racing schedules, circuits, drivers, teams, rankings, results, and season trends. Race times, dates, points, team line-ups, statistics, and other information may be delayed, corrected, incomplete, or changed by their sources. Check organizers' and venues' official channels when timing or accuracy is critical. Race Nook is not a betting, wagering, financial, or safety-critical service.
3. Independent service; no official affiliation
Race Nook is not an official Formula 1 product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by Formula 1, its companies, event organizers, teams, drivers, or other rights holders. References to third-party people, teams, tracks, racing categories and events are used to describe informational subjects only; third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Website illustrations and app visuals
Decorative circuit shapes and sample interface illustrations may be intentionally generic and are not promised to reproduce an official or geographically exact circuit layout. Actual app screens may differ from illustrations on the website. Images, circuit details and features may be updated as content and rights are reviewed.
5. Advertisements and external services
The Android app may include advertisements supplied by Google AdMob or other disclosed service providers. Ads, privacy messages and third-party information depend on connectivity, location, consent settings and service availability. 6. Use and intellectual property
You may use Race Nook and the website for lawful personal informational purposes. Do not disrupt their services, abuse technical systems, distribute malware, misrepresent our affiliation with other parties, or use content in a way that infringes third-party rights. Race Nook's original branding, text, design, and independently created graphics are owned by or licensed to Fehistro Studio, subject to the rights of third parties. Nothing here limits statutory rights, lawful uses, or rights granted by applicable licenses.
7. Changes and availability
Features, information sources, design, and functionality may change without advance notice. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every Android device or network. Updates may be needed for security, performance, or continued compatibility. Google Play may be used to provide app updates.
