1. Scope and responsible publisher
This policy applies to Race Nook: Formula Racing Hub for Android and its product website, operated by Fehistro Studio. The app provides race schedules, circuits, driver and team information, and championship context. This website is an informational product website, not a web-based version of the app.
2. App preferences and information on your device
Race Nook can save your selected time format (12-hour or 24-hour), the page you prefer to open first, and whether you prefer My Time or Track Time for race schedules. The app may cache motorsport information to make screens load efficiently. These preferences and caches are intended to remain in Android app storage rather than being used to create a public user profile.
Race Nook does not require you to submit a name or sign up for a Fehistro Studio account to browse its racing information. Android's own backup or device-transfer features may preserve eligible app preferences depending on your device and operating system configuration.
3. Advertising and Google services
Race Nook is designed to display in-app ads through Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK, including banner and, where implemented, native ad placements. When the advertising SDK is present, Google may automatically collect or process data such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate a general location;
- app interaction information and ad engagement, such as views, taps, and impressions;
- device and app diagnostic or performance information;
- device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID or app set ID where available and permitted.
Google may use information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes. Personalization and data processing can vary with consent, location, Android settings, and Google's services. Limited or non-personalized ads can still require processing for ad delivery and security.
We aim to use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request or manage privacy consent where required by applicable rules. The availability of privacy controls depends on the version of the app, your region and the consent interface. You can also use Android's advertising privacy controls.

4. Motorsport data services and network requests
Race schedules, results, standings and other racing information may be retrieved from external information providers. Network requests to those services can expose standard request information, such as IP address, network metadata, and access times, to the service operators. Those providers have their own privacy and data-licensing policies. We do not claim that Race Nook operates or owns all motorsport data sources.
5. Time zones and location
The My Time display is intended to use the time zone configured on your device. A device time zone does not require a GPS position. Track Time uses the race venue's time zone. Advertising and network providers may nevertheless infer a general region from network information, including IP address, under their own practices.
6. Permissions and device services
Network access supports loading racing information, advertisements, privacy notices, and app-related services. Android or Google Play services may be used for in-app update prompts. The current product design does not require access to your camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, or precise GPS position for its core race information features. Any permissions introduced in a future version will require a corresponding policy review.
7. Data storage, retention and removal
Locally saved preferences and caches generally remain until overwritten, cleared through Android app settings, deleted by uninstalling the app, or removed according to the operating system's storage rules. Eligible backups may remain subject to Android or device-account backup settings. Advertising and information providers control retention of information they process under their own policies and available user controls.
8. This website
This website is designed as a static site without its own analytics trackers, advertising scripts, contact forms, or nonessential cookies. It loads its layout and scripts from the same site. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request, security, or diagnostic information to deliver and protect the website. Read Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. 9. Children and sensitive information
Race Nook is an informational motorsport app, not an app designed specifically for children. Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information when contacting support. If you believe personal information has been improperly provided to Fehistro Studio, contact us using the studio website.
10. Security and policy updates
We take reasonable steps to limit unnecessary collection and use platform security protections, but no method of storage or communication is entirely risk-free. When app features, advertising integrations, providers, or relevant policies change, this page may be revised and the effective date updated.
